How to establish basic A/D connection?

I feel like I'm asking a stupid question here, but I could not find any resources online. How do I connect A/D devices to the roboard? Every A/D device I acquired has 3 conductors (+5V, ground, and signal if I understand correctly), and the roboard A/D channels are 2 pins each.

How am I supposed to connect these devices?
