I just assembled the kit and it is not turning on.

I completely charged the battery one again, it was green

Checked all cables once again, all is correct.

I made this video to show what is going on: for 1s the board shows the led colors and then nothing.

What is th problem? Kondo does not reply any e-mail. No support at all.

Hi,

Are you able to check with a multimeter what happens with the battery voltage when you power the board? Does it drop?

Are you able to power it with a 12v power supply to check if it powers up?

Best Regards,
Nuno Gato

Until this date,

I couldn't make my KHR-3HV V2 to turn it on.

Still the same problem wshown in the video I posted. I took it to a electronic tech guy and he used a multimeter, cheked other battery, nothing worked, it's the board.

Is there any other board like beagleboard or other, I don't know, to replace the RCB-4HV?

Because not even soon I will be able to go back to Japan from here (Brazil) and go directly to kondo and ask for maintenance.

Did you find a solution for this? my board has the same problem. I'm stuck at Neutral Position Confirmation step. When I click "RAM" motors don't move at all.
