I have two working servo motors salvaged from an Epson Stylus 7800 that had a bad printhead (24" feed, free-standing poster printer). The motors were in use for 2 years and should have tons of life left in them.

If you know these aren't good for robots, please let me know, I would think they'd be good for home made makerbots or other fabrication machines.

They should have an extremely high level of accuracy and precision due to their use in a printer.
