By default, for arduino duemilanove we have:
Pins 5 and 6: controlled by timer0
Pins 9 and 10: controlled by timer1
Pins 11 and 3: controlled by timer2

How to setup timer 0, for use pin 5 and 6? How to setup timer1 to use pin 10 and timer2 to use pin 11
