Nice fluid motion.

Someone should try to do a segway style inverted pendulum balancing. the tricky bit is the servo's dead zone where the POT don't shine and there's no feedback from the servos. I guess that can be solved by ensuring that dead zones don't overlap so that at least one servo will always provide position feedback.
