It also really sucks that they are willing to provide the free unit to the magazine for review, and provide technical support to the magazine reviewer, just to get the article published. Then shafting the consumer.

I sent several emails to RCmart and they just do not reply. My email was spread out over 2 months. It's really frustrating with no support. I wonder if they have more than one robot? It seems they have nothing to show at their main office and nothing at their inventory warehouse. It really escapes me how someone can put so much effort into designing a humanoid, have it get some publicity in the magazine, then make no effort whatsoever to support it.

I saw the coverage of this NX-25Q robot in Robots-Dreams and in the recent Robot Magazine and it looks pretty cool but I'm afraid RCMart have a long way to go before they can compete on this limited market. Email responses from RCMart are sporadic at best and calling them on the phone is not very fruitful. So given a wholesale price of 600$ I don't see RCMart providing the adequate support succeeding in competing with Bioloid, RN1 and KHR in the international market...
