the KHR-1HV is the same as the KHR-2HV except for 2 extra servos and a couple of minor bracket differences.
So the English manual of the KHR-2HV is the same for the KHR-1HV.

see this page to download the manual.
http://robosavvy.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=127&Itemid=119
Statistics: Posted by limor — Wed Dec 05, 2007 12:44 pm

Each robot has its own strengths and weaknesses. The KHR-1HV has great servos, and a moderate price, but the software and manuals are not available in English. The Futuba has the fastest, yet weakest servos, and it is more expensive.

You can compare ten of the top robot models at http://www.RobotServicesGroup.com. You can also fill out a survey and get a personalized recommendation based on your specific interests (speed, strength, price, etc.)
Statistics: Posted by RobotServicesGroup — Wed Dec 05, 2007 3:31 am

Hey all I am new to the robot world. I would like to get my first robot. I am looking for something that will last me and is upgrade/customizable. It should also be able to fight. The robot that seemed to be the best was the KHR-1HV. I don't know anything about the controller, like if any of the "pros" use it. The robots that I liked the most were the smaller, faster ones. None of the kits are like that. The Futaba seems close, but I fear that the servos aren't that strong . Any help would be most appreciated.
Statistics: Posted by koikaze — Tue Dec 04, 2007 8:33 am
