This is always a tough call. I went for the RoboNova because I know of Hitech and, although I have done a fair bit of robotics, was new to bipeds. I had to make a similar decision. I picked the Robonova after discussing with some of the other builders here and on other bulletin boards. Whatever they said made sense - ultimately I picked the one that "looked" better <img src="http://forum.robosavvy.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><br /><br />That may sound superficial but I wanted a robot that could impress people when they saw it.
