I'm guessing a lot of people here use linux and may well have accounts
with ubuntu.org so I just thought I'd mention that any odd messages
you see from people you wouldn't expect to post spam etc. may not
be from them.
If you've changed your email since having an account with them you wont be notified. If you re-used the password and username elsewhere you may want to know all details have been accessed.
I suspect the encrypted passwords are not encrypted very well and can be cracked easily enough by organised hackers.
