The idea of an i-SOBOT FAQ is a good idea too. I think it could be handled the same way as a detailed command/action list. If each person chose one topic, wrote it up, and posted it to the same thread, we would end up with a nice FAQ and new detailed Action/Command list. When I get some time here, I'll choose one topic, explore it, and write it up for posting.

humanoido
Statistics: Posted by Humanoido — Thu Feb 28, 2008 6:57 am

I'm interested in a FAQ of the i-sobot!

The manuals were probably translated from Japanese. Usually when a product originate from foreign countries, you gotta give a little leniency on the language barrier and usage.

You should see the Bioloid manuals! The majority of it makes sense, but you can obviously sense Korean language behind the translation!
Statistics: Posted by tom_chang79 — Wed Feb 27, 2008 5:05 pm

Has anyone noticed there are many "too vague" descriptions of actions in the card and manual to actually know exactly how i-SOBOT will move and what will be spoken? I propose working on a more complete description of each move and posting the results to this forum thread. Is there interest in this? Any ideas?

humanoido
Statistics: Posted by Humanoido — Wed Feb 27, 2008 9:42 am
