Its four years later but I never replied, Tomy gave me a new robot for free even though it was my fault . Awesome people who work there.

Hello sorry if this question has been asked before but my Isobot was dropped I thought it was ok but iv now noticed the bottom part of his leg is very loose it swings without friction unlike the other leg which moves with friction. you cant hear the servo noise moving inside

Is this possible to fix I dont really want to touch it until I know what Im doing is it just loose and need tightening or something bigger ?
