Hi everyone,<br /><br />Arrived today to Sheffield where the event is running and still had time to go there this afternoon.<br /><br />There I found the &quot;Robot Football&quot; from Plymouth University,<br /><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/robosavvy/6103686873/" class="postlink"><img src="http://farm7.static.flickr.com/6073/6103686873_84de64e333.jpg" alt="Image" /></a><br /><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/robosavvy/6103686873/" class="postlink">100_2090</a> by <a href="http://www.flickr.com/people/robosavvy/" class="postlink">RoboSavvy</a>, on Flickr<br /><br />The &quot;Sunflower&quot; and other interesting project with touch pressure sensitive skin in a robot, this two projects are from the &quot;Living with Robots and IntEractive Companions&quot; project. Both using Robotis servos.<br /><br />Here is a photo of the &quot;Sunflower&quot;<br /><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/lattice/5839246868/" class="postlink"><img src="http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3579/5839246868_66457e09dc.jpg" alt="Image" /></a><br /><a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/lattice/5839246868/" class="postlink">Sunflower!</a> by <a href="http://www.flickr.com/people/lattice/" class="postlink">liminalists</a>, on Flickr<br /><br />And there was also time to DARwIn-OP show up on BBC. A small live transmission advertising the TAROS event where the DARwIn-OP had about 3 seconds of fame <img src="http://forum.robosavvy.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><br /><br />Also get a flyer of the next year Robot-Olympics in Bristol, check here the official website <a href="http://www.fira-taros2012.org.uk" class="postlink">http://www.fira-taros2012.org.uk</a><br /><br />And for the last, I felt a little bad as almost everyone was suited up and I wasn't <img src="http://forum.robosavvy.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile" /><br /><br />Tomorrow I update the thread with more posts and photos during the day.<br /><br />see you<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="http://forum.robosavvy.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=2018">nunogato</a> — Thu Sep 01, 2011 9:32 pm</p><hr />
