Hi,

Probably need a bit more info about the set-up.

What speed controllers and batteries are you using?

Can you draw a simple picture to show how you have wired it all together?

Thanks
Statistics: Posted by Orac — Wed Nov 24, 2010 11:09 pm

Hi to one and all.
I hope you can all jump in and help me with this really newby question,

I build Camera Jibs (Cranes) and we are working on trying to build a Motorised PAN / TILT camera mount.
Controlled by Radio gear.

Now so far i have got 2x 12v windscreen wiper motors.
1 using 12-70 1.5mod gears (TILT) and the other using 12-60 1.5mod Gear
2x 50amp 12v ESC, Radio gear TX / RX and here is the problem ????
If i connect the motor direct t the 12v bat they both turn well, if i connect the the radio gear to the assembly with 11m cable (required for lenght of Jib ) the motors bearly turn.
And the bat seams to drain Very quickly.

Any ideas what i should be looking for are welcome ?
Statistics: Posted by Dollies — Wed Nov 24, 2010 10:29 pm
