thank you so much for the reply! the entire class is having problems with this lol. <br /><br />it sounds like firmware.. Sounds like a fun class where you have to program robobuilder <br /><br />I assume you're using motionbuilder - you might want to check you have compatible versions of firmware and motion software. Fimrware is now at version 2.30 and motion builder at 1.19 I think.  <br /><br />Check your robot is on! and the serial connection is running on the correct port (and baud rate 115200). <br /><br />Also make sure if you're programming Huno (humanoid) the robot is in correct mode using rbc buttons.
