On the robobuilder website there are quite a few custom made dances that you can download.

A couple of them are well over a minute long as well.
Statistics: Posted by geothelegend — Fri Jan 13, 2012 4:41 pm

Hi All,

I work for the Edinburgh International Science Festival and we have recently purchased a RoboBuilder robot which I have put together into the humanoid form. I'm using it in a workshop for kids all about how we can mimic human movement with robots.

I would like the robot to do a small dance/routine thing at the end of the show to highlight its capabilities. However, I've tried using some of the downloadable programs from the RoboBuilder website but they are not agreeing with the robot and seem to be too quick for it.

Can anyone recommend any other places I could download programs from or does anyone have a program which lasts about 1-1.5 minutes that we could use?

Any help people could give me would be most appreciated!

Cheers,

Augusta

Augusta Macdonald
Events Development Assistant
Edinburgh International Science Festival
T: 0131 553 0320 E: augusta@scifest.co.uk
F: 0131 553 1455 W: www.sciencefestival.co.uk

Suite 1 | Mitchell House | 5 Mitchell Street | Edinburgh | EH6 7BD

The next Edinburgh International Science Festival will take place 30 March - 15 April 2012.
