Hi Rift

The screws in a Standard Robobuilder screw set have the following specifications:

M2 x 0.4, meaning Screw diameter 2mm and standard thread (0.4).

The bags of screws include the following screw types:
- B5 (5mm long excluding the screw head)
- B6 (6mm long excluding the screw head)
- B8 (8mm long excluding the screw head)
- B12 (12mm long excluding the screw head)
- B16 (16mm long excluding the screw head)
- B40 (40mm long excluding the screw head)
- A bag of Gold screws (look like brass screws) is also included. Same diameter and thread, 8mm long excluding the screw head
- Nuts

I don't have the exact number of screws that is included (of each type) but B40 and Nuts are the ones that come in the highest quantity.

Regards
Pedro
Statistics: Posted by PedroR — Wed Nov 14, 2012 12:39 pm

Hi Rift

It is possible to purchase a complete set of Nuts and Bolts for Robobuilder (ie the same set of bolts that come in a brand new kit).

We don't list them in our store as there is little to no demand for these but if you do wish to purchase them send us an email to sales@robosavvy.com and ask for P/N RB-BOLTNUT01 Bolts and Nuts Set (kit for 57xx).
They have a cost of approximately 6.50 + VAT

Regarding the specification for the actual nuts and bolts - in case you want to purchase them from a hardware store -, I will ask my colleague to have a look at a standard set and should post back early next week.

Regards
Pedro.
Statistics: Posted by PedroR — Fri Nov 09, 2012 3:31 pm
