memory issue

I am trying to upload a motion file. I get an error message "insuficient memory". I have searched this forum and the internet and have not found an answer. Is there a way to delete the motion files stored in the remote control? I know it can store 20 motion files so I'm thinking if I can delete some of them the remote may have room for the file I need to upload.
