1. The installation of MATLAB might fail. Please reinstall it and make sure the installation is successful.

2. MATLAB2006b might use the MMX instruction set, which RoBoard doesn't support; this could cause the failure of MATLAB2006b.

I have been able to successfully install Windows XP professional with service pack 2 onto the Roboard-100.

However, after successfully completing installation of Matlab 2006B, whenever I tried to start Matlab, I get the following error:

"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000005). Click on OK to terminate the application"

I have looked around on Google and tried various recommendations (including using the -shield none suffix), but I cannot get past this error.

I have no other applications installed, so it does not seem to be a conflict with another piece of software.

Any advice you may have for me would be greatly appreciated.
