How to access COM3 and COM4 in Linux?

Forgot about the new documentation!

Thanks for your help as usual.

Hopefully soon I'll have some info to report about driving Kondo serial servos from COM4.

It would be nice if Roboard had a library for that in RoBoIO

But chrisvo has his nice ics4/rcb4 library, and there's the KCB SDK from Kondo which contains ics code so it looks like the community is going to take care of it

Hi, please download "RB-100/RB-110 Linux Installation Guide" from the official site, in which there are tutorials for COM3 & COM4 setting in Linux.

I'd like to use the COM4 port for some Kondo serial servos.

But in Linux all I see is /dev/ttyS0 and /dev/ttyS1, presumably COM1 and COM2.

COM3 and COM4 are enabled in the BIOS, at 3E8/IRQ10 and 2E8/IRQ11.

This is with the 2.6.34.1-vortex86-sg kernel.

Any suggestions on how to access COM4?
