You can try a USB &quot;sound card&quot;, but these tend to use a lot of CPU. There was only 1 Mini PCI sound card I've ever found, the Commel MP-878S, but these are impossible to find and are &quot;obsolete&quot; according to the manufacturer. I am working on a CS4281 / CS4297A -based Mini PCI solution, but it will be a while before I have the boards run (and there won't be many when I do, as the chips I intend to use are also &quot;obsolete&quot;).<br /><br />Word of warning - you CAN find the MP-878AS on occasion, but this is a codec-only solution which will not work with the Vortex86DX (should work with the MX, but Roboard doesn't use the MX - the MX probably uses a good bit more power due to integrated video).<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="http://forum.robosavvy.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=741">PaulL</a> — Mon Mar 28, 2011 7:46 am</p><hr />
