Did you find a solution for this? my board has the same problem. I'm stuck at Neutral Position Confirmation step. When I click "RAM" motors don't move at all.

If you are using the Dual HS adapter, remember to change it from ICS to serial mode. the light must be Green (not Red) for communication with the RCB

Hi, can anyone pls help out in connecting KHR-1 to the laptop or pc. I dont have battry as well as any parts to make connections wth computer.i dnt knw how to solve it.. can u please help me out.

I am having trouble establishing com port connection. I checked appropriate com port in H TO H 4 control panel and also checked device drivers for com availability which showed com was working. If anyone has solution would appreciate feedback.

Hello all,

I've recently adopted a Kondo KHR-1 and just began doing some research on it. I've found quite a bit of useful information on this forum, but due to the age of this robot, a majority of the links are no longer valid. I've got a few questions that I'm hoping you guys can answer for me. I didn't get a CD with the robot, so I'm mostly in need of the software.

1 - I downloaded a copy of Heart To Heart v1.1, is this the newest version I can use with the KHR-1?
2 - Does anyone know where I can get some sample motion sequences / gaits?
3 - Is there any other software I need, or you recommend?
4 - Any other information or advice?

I'm new to robotics, but have a strong electronic/mechanical background and I'm very excited to get started with this. I also am pretty proficient with LabVIEW, so eventually I'd like to incorporate it somehow.

Hello. I am a new user of the Kondo 3VH robot, and I’ve had some problems while working with it. The biggest issue I had had is while using HTH 4, as I can’t seem to make it connect with the RCB4, all I’m getting is a warning in Japanese (I took a screen print of it), and I don’t know what could possibly be causing it. If it’s of any help, I already have all the required USB drivers. I have been exploring alternatives such as using the libkondo library, but I’m still figuring out how to properly load instructions to the robot. If someone could help me I would be really grateful. Thank you all in advance.

I vaguely remember this discussion before but couldn't find it ..

If I recall correctly, the communication with the RCB via its remote-control serial port is simply a single letter.
you set the sequence in H2H and then send the appropriate letter to the port to execute the motion

hay sorry about my english, i have new kondo KHR 3 hv , i try to cotrol it with bluetooth. i plan use arduino to save the code from serial heart to heart 4 then i send the code by arduino to rcb 4, can help me how to hack, please...

It appears some bots are shipping with this upgrade, you need to check the barcode on the board.

Otherwise you will need to ship the board to Kondo at your expense, and download the new version of H2H, which is on that link as well.

Hi,

Are you able to check with a multimeter what happens with the battery voltage when you power the board? Does it drop?

Are you able to power it with a 12v power supply to check if it powers up?

I just assembled the kit and it is not turning on.

I completely charged the battery one again, it was green

Checked all cables once again, all is correct.
