Here's a reply from Japan:

The servo controll signal level is 5Vpp to use ICS HV.
I think it is possible to write the signal by 3.3V voltage.
But the signal form the signal is 5Vpp to read.
Please confirm the MCU's GIPO spec.

I was designing my servo controlling board, was planning to use ICS HV servo. I will write and read the signal to and from the servo.

But was wondering what is the signal voltage? (5v, or =supply voltage (9v to 12v)).

Because I'm using 3.3v MCU, and will use voltage shifting IC to interface the servo signal line. So need to be sure that the shifting IC could handle the signal voltage level (both in and out).
