Yeah I was reading some older posts about ultrasonic sensors on the khr's sounds like a nightmare.. for a while I am just going to keep him basic but I do plane on putting in an ATmega. that thing seems awsome for doing all kinds of scratch stuff. currently my long turm goals are I want it to be able to navigate my house on its own and I want to be able to log in to it from the internet through WiFi with a camera on its sholder or something. from that I have hears so far the rcb-3 is going to be pused to the limit with all that or just not able at all
Statistics: Posted by zaboomafuu — Fri Aug 17, 2007 2:54 pm

The accelerometer is typically used to determine when the robot has fallen down and whether it is laying prone or supine.

Of course you could set it up differently if you have some special application needs, but you'll need to keep in mind that the RCB3 controller only has three available analog ports.
Statistics: Posted by tempusmaster — Fri Aug 17, 2007 6:22 am
