No not standard servos<br />The Kondo servos are dedicated digital robot servos with no mounting flaps like rc servos have. <br />Also they give position feedback and other things you can change through the software (ICS)<br />Another thing is that the current servos use 9 to 12v.<br />The older non HV series can be used with 6v.<br /><br />It's possible to use the Hitec you mention but you wont have positional feedback and you have to modify a lot to make them fit.<br />Kondo also has more powerful servos available so it's much easier to use these because they fit.<p>Statistics: Posted by <a href="http://forum.robosavvy.com/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&amp;u=4">Meltdown</a> — Sun Jan 13, 2008 4:57 pm</p><hr />

Do the Kondo robots use standard servos?
