However right now i cant even get the servos tested before i add the servo horns.
I have no idea why i cant move the servo when i move the slider.
I have two com ports which tell me im a-ok to go, port 6 + 7
But when i click sync, then pos- the drag to open space. double click.
Right click and choose servo but when the slider appears it does not move the servo. Trying to work out why.
Would it be:
1)- usb not installed properly off the cd? -but in my computer-manage-found the usb converterand it says its installed. Dont know what im doing wrong.
2) Me being crap.
3) Would it be my laptop?
Any help much appreciated. Was looking forward to building him up last night, only to be faced with two hours of WHY WONT YOU MOVE!!!!.

One other thing does anybody know how the hip pivot kit should be? The instructions have 2 diagrams showing different set ups.
look at the first diagram! then look at the last picture.
The two arms are positioned opposite ways to one another. So which picture is right?
I personally did not think it would matter except one way round right turn would be left and left turn would be right. SO any help really appreciated!

I've never tried it, because I don't use Lipo's in my robots, but the RCB-3 controller measures the supply voltage and will generate in interrupt at whatever low voltage point you preset. That can be used to trigger a motion sequence, flash an LED or buzz a buzzer (assuming you connect one to an output port on the RCB-3).

Hi, RoboSavvy.com/store has lipo batteries that are relatively small and flat. There's also a lipo charger. you will need to work out the connectors and also the issue of low voltage cutoff or some low voltage signal.

Just a couple of things relly. Need to know where to get the li-pos from, what kind etc-if anyone has any links so i can see exactly what i should be getting, and chargers. At the moment i have a 2pin to uk plug aapter that converts our mains 230v to 110-100v. But would quite like the longer battery run times and no memory in the batteries!!
