I have come across one other document from IXS (international distributor of Kondo) which details the specs for KHR 3HV as well as everything that's new.
It doesn't offer too many new things besides what we've already announced here at Robosavvy but nevertheless there are a couple of details that may be of interest

For example we can better understand the number and type of IO ports (servo/AD/PIO) on the RCB-4HV controller board.
