Google-Translated KHR-3HV Docs (Japanese -> English)

I simply exported the PDFs of the KHR-3HV Japanese docs to HTML and passed them, unmodified, through Google Translate Toolkit (which apparently lets you translate long documents). The official English docs should probably come out sometime soon. But in the mean time, I thought this might be handy to someone...
