KHR-2HV ICS servo customization

I have translated the KHR-2HV manual pages 54 & 55 illustrating how to customize the settings of the KRS-788HV ICS digital servo's that come with the kit.

I will now focus on translating the RCB-3J manual, mainly the sections involving the gyros and radio control.

EDIT - The document (v1.1) has been edited 07/09/2006 - added angular measurement data.
