Where are you trying to order them from? Directly from Crafthouse, a different online store, or one of the other sites? Crafthouse does have access to English speaking (somewhat) staff, so the best approach would be to contact them directly.

Howdy all, I am new to the forums and have just purchased the KHR 2 after long trails of research. Now I wish to upgrade is movements by ordering the Melissa Robot parts. Although when I go to the checkout to fill in my billing information my webpage translator sends me an error page. I have used Google, and babblefish and I still got the same results.
