TinMan,
do you have the KRT-2 and the KHR-2HV?

I have both. But did not try to hook up the Receiver to the RCB-3 board.
Do not want to blow it up. I will try to get more infos now.

Kondo says KRT-3 works with KHR-2HV.

I was able to make KRT-2 work with KHR-1 although I could only trigger motions. Triggering motions is also possible with KRT-1 and KRT-3. On top of this KRT-2 should be able to drive servos directly but it did not work, I might have missed done step in the more than frustrating 2 months of try and error until I found out that you should not use H2H V1.1 english version with remote controls at all, due to an internal bug.

Zulu:
KRT-2 has no serial port. The only port available is the external power supply in (power supply not included in shipment).

You can control the KHR-1 (KHR-2HV I have not tried yet) by using the RCB Commander Software, set the datalink to high speed and use the standard serial or USB connection to your KHR. The remotes do only make sense if your application requires wireless data transmission in 25MHz, 27MHz or 2,4GHz band.

KHR-1: The receivers KRR-1 (25 MHz) and KRR-2 (27 MHz) connect to the SLOW serial port (left hand side on the RCB-1 board). This is 2400 baud only.
If you go serial with cable or bluetooth you can use the high speed port (115 kbaud).

regards
noDNA
Statistics: Posted by noDNA — Thu Jul 20, 2006 6:57 pm

Has anyone used the KRT-2 in conjuction with the KHR-2HV? I bought the " KRC-1 contol set" and KRT-3 came with it. The ICS USB Adapter I bought separatly. I don't know how it works with the software. I have not tried it yet.
Statistics: Posted by SirAho — Tue Jul 18, 2006 3:02 am

just curious - is there a serial port out, or any interfaces on the KRT-2? I've got the KRC-1.
Statistics: Posted by zulu — Tue Jul 18, 2006 2:28 am
