Chris,

Thanks for this info, it worked well. Only problem was I spent some time fine tuning the position of the servos and spent a bit too long with the hip roll.

I managed to burn out another servo!!!

I think your idea of a temp tool box would be great – sure would save me some money!

Cheers
Statistics: Posted by Ausrobo — Sun Feb 14, 2010 8:10 am

Chris,

Thanks again for taking the time to give me this info. I think I have tried this and have found the 3HV goes into the origin pose.

As I type this, I think the answer is to set the trim in the configuration widow to the home position and then do the save.

Unfortunately I will have to wait until Saturday to try.

Thanks again,

Peter
Statistics: Posted by Ausrobo — Mon Feb 08, 2010 7:13 am

In the configuration dialog, look for the ROM button:
It is labeled「ROM へ保存」
And choose the topmost option in the drop-down. It saves everything (motions, settings, everything) to the EEPROM. Also, there are 5 checkboxes along the top of the config dialog (the first one marked「緑LED」) make sure every one of them is checked except「緑LED」. Among those is the setting to make sure it boots from EEPROM and also one that turns on servos at startup.

The red arrow in this picture shows you where to find the ROM button (click for larger)

Statistics: Posted by chrisvo — Mon Feb 08, 2010 1:26 am

Servos and extra DOFs 3HV

Does anybody know how to save the settings for extra Servos and Gyro from a project using H2H4?

I am setting these in the configuration screen (the one with the spanner icon) and they work fine while I am in the project.

The 3HV looses the setting once I power it down and the settings are lost when I reopen the project from disk.

I am saving the project before I close H2H and I am writing all of the motions to RCB from H2H.

Any ideas?

Peter
Statistics: Posted by Ausrobo — Sun Feb 07, 2010 9:38 pm
