The best advice is to take your time and follow the manual very carefully.  Building a robot involves many small parts that need to be assembled precisely, or the robot won't move properly.  <br /><br />Robosavvy has a build report of the KHR-1 <a href="http://robosavvy.com/site/index.php?option=com_content&amp;task=view&amp;id=57&amp;Itemid=43" class="postlink">here.</a><br />We have a similar build report <a href="http://www.robotservicesgroup.com/BuildPage06.html" class="postlink">here.</a><br /><br />These are not exactly the model you purchased, but similar enough to give you a feel of what to expect.
