As per Kondo's regulations, due to Copyright restrictions, we are only authorized to send the complete English Manuals to our customers once the orders are confirmed. Therefore I kindly ask your order number to confirm your purchase and will send you the link to the location where you can downlaod the Manuals.

Alternativelly, you can email sales@robosavvy.com and inform the following:
- The order Number of your KHR 3HV
- Explain/Send the request for the English Manuals saying you haven't received them at the time of purchase..

It's probably faster if you email sales@robosavvy.com as they're used to dealing with these requests and have all the information at hand.

We just got another 3HV from robosavvy, and I realised that the English manual is avaliable! I am just wondering how can I get the complete documents please, the sample manual can be found at:
