The battery size is about 52x45x20 mm

We at RoboSavvy used a 1300mAh 3cell LiPo with 71 x 34 x 24mm that fits perfeclty inside the KHR-3HV, you can find it here http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info ... ts_id/1475

About weight I don't have values for the KHR-3HV battery but the 1300mAh feels a little bit lighter than the 10.8V-800mAh
