servos not working

i have a pre-built khr-1hv. i have been programming using hth 3. i have been making adjustments to the walking forward program and am finding two servos, #11 (left leg in and out) and #17 (right leg in and out) are not responding to adjustments. they are connected properly and even in a test mode do not respond. they work in pre-programs but are not open to my adjusting! any ideas please? thank you
