This is where hobby 3d printing shines - using off-the-shelf components mixed with 3d printed parts as structural and binding
trying to make everything 3d printed is good excercise but fruitless given the negligeable cost of industrial components

Hi, gdjump.
I don't think 3D barcode scanner can work with barcode reading so well. But have you ever tried 3D scanners to deal with scanning process other than barcodes?

What a great informational post Pedro. I think PLA is slowly going to outpace ABS for usefulness simply because it prints so much easier and it doesn't stink so much when you print it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I’m also looking for 3D designing guide for my 3D creations. I’m no expert when it comes to designing so I better learn this field for good. I like to have a mobile creative chat room for my 3D printing hobby website to connect with people that share similar interests around the world and converse real time about our hobby and thoughts.
I tested RumbleTalk and FlashChat but I think they lack of third party capability, any suggestions?
