Hi all!<br /><br />RoboSavvy is proud to announce that all Thing o Matics we have in stock (and have sold after NYC Makerfaire) included the new MK7 Stepstruder.<br /><br />In addition, we're <span style="color: green">proud to announce today the release of the <a href="http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info.php/products_id/1918" class="postlink">Stepstruder MK7 Pack for Dualstrusion</a></span>.<br /><br />This pack includes the second MK7 Stepstruder + Gen4 Stepper Motor Driver + Exteruder Controller 3.6 : <br />In essence <span style="color: green">everything you need to add a second Extruder to your Thing o Matic and start printing with <a href="http://www.makerbot.com/docs/dualstrusion/" class="postlink">Dualstrusion</a></span>!<br /><br /><img src="http://robosavvy.com/RoboSavvyPages/Makerbot/StepstruderMK7/StepstruderMK7_D.jpg" alt="Image" /><br /><br />To learn more about Dualstrusion, you can check out Makerbot's Documentation here <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.makerbot.com/docs/dualstrusion/">http://www.makerbot.com/docs/dualstrusion/</a><!-- m --><br /><br />In addition, please note that if your Thing o Matic is still using a previous generation extruder (MK5, MK6, MK6 Plus) you'll ned to upgrade this extruder to an MK7 as well (the upgrade is here <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info.php/products_id/1838">http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info ... ts_id/1838</a><!-- m -->)<br /><br />Dualstrusion requires twin MK7 Stepstruders.<br /><br /><br />We're very excited with this new technology on the Thing o Matic and have even added <a href="http://robosavvy.com/store/product_info.php/products_id/1874" class="postlink">Water Soluble PVA</a> to our catalog!<br /><br />You can now print with PVA as support material and wash it off at the when you finish printing! <br />This opens the door to high quality, intricate builds as you can now print a solid piece (with a mix of ABS and PVA) and then wash off the intermediate material once you finish printing!<br /><br /><span style="color: green">Hurray for print quality and capability!
