Yes I did make a 3d printed version of the DARwIn-OP <img src="http://forum.robosavvy.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif" alt=":D" title="Very Happy" /> <br /><br />They are not as strong as the metal version but they are strong enough.<br /><br />I use ABS as it has a higher deforming temperature than PLA. I heard that Mike made a DARwIn-OP clone himself at half the price of the commercial version. That is very good. Are the 3D printer made frames strong enough?
