If anyone finds these robots' 3D models, please post links or upload to this forum.<br /></div></blockquote><br /><br />According to the official Japanese press release, and the presentations that were made during the ROBO-ONE 9 competition here in March, the tentative target date is 10/10/2010, but there are lots of disclaimers that state that the exact timing is dependent on a number of factors outside of the control of the ROBO-ONE committee. <br /><br />Most of the presentations scheduled for the ROBO-ONE Technical Conference in Kawasaki early next month are centered around the ROBO-ONE in The Space project.<br /><br />The two robots featured in the promotional video are Sugiura-san's <a href="http://www.robots-dreams.com/2006/05/dynamizer_runs_.html" class="postlink">Dynamizer</a> and Morinaga-san's <a href="http://www.robots-dreams.com/2006/04/roboone_robot_p_1.html" class="postlink">Metallic Fighter</a>. <br /><br />The video was done by <a href="http://www.sunrise-inc.co.jp/" class="postlink">Sunrise</a>, a Japanese animation company that's also one of the ROBO-ONE corporate sponsors.
