Hi Dan,

Yeah, I got my camera back w/o any problems.

No doubt, Japan was great! Thanks by the way for the Japanese lessons you sent w/ one of your e-mails Having Duncan (my brother-in-law) there helped out a great deal as well. He's had to do several presintations in Japanese in the past, so he's quite fluent. Don't know if it would've even been possible w/o him.

Awesome work on the AVR. I'd be happy to beta-test one of the boards for ya when the time comes
Statistics: Posted by bauermech — Tue Sep 26, 2006 10:10 am

konban wa Matt san,

man I wish I could have gone with you.
but i have been busy. maybe next year.
i replaced the ATMEGA128 with a blank chip and have it almost working.
check out my other post.
Ugh I'm becoming an Atmel assembly programmer!

I am finished the layout of my IMU board.
The gerbers are generated and it passed the ERC and DRC rules check.
I guess I should get about 1/2 dozen boards made up. But I only have gyros and accelerometers for 1 board. Iif it works I'll bet I can get my bot to jump and self balance.

Did Dave send you your camera or do I need to fly out to CA and break his other leg? (Just kidding Dave...in case you're monitoring) 8>)
Statistics: Posted by DanAlbert — Tue Sep 26, 2006 3:38 am

Drooling over that one. That's pretty incredible! Matt, when do you expect to have the kit ready so we can modify or RN-1s to do that?
Statistics: Posted by beermat — Sun Sep 24, 2006 12:34 pm
