As you may have noticed, we've revised the shipping tables in our store which means the cost of shipping when you place an order with us has changed.
2 years had passed since the last time we revised these tables and it was time came to revise them.
We also made some changes in the availability of "UnInsured" shipping options, encouraging customers to go with fully insured options for added peace of mind for (you) the buyer and for us as well.
We worked hard to try and make the impact the minimum possible but you may have noticed that :
- For very small value / light weight purchases the shupping cost may have increased by 1-2GBP in some cases (typically when using Royalmail).
- On the upside, we were able to re arrange our deals with Parcelforce and the cost of shipping large orders with Parcelforce is now cheaper (we got cost reductions of up to 30%) .
For example, a Bioloid PREMIUM shipped to a UK address, fully insured and trackable has now a shipping cost of 11.65 GBP (~7 GBP cheapper I believe).
