While the members of the RoboCup humanoid league publish their ideas and methods used through papers, the code unfortunately is not publically available.

If you´re interested in self-localization, vision, behavior control etc. , you can download the German Team´s four legged league "world champion code" here: http://www.germanteam.org/GT2005.zip
Most of the stuff done there can be transferred for use in humanoids. There´s also a great team report available:
http://www.germanteam.org/GT2005.pdf
Statistics: Posted by SK — Wed Dec 06, 2006 1:53 am

Currently, the HUMANOIDS'06 - 2006 IEEE-RAS International Conference on Humanoid Robots ( http://humanoids06.epfl.ch/ ) is held in Genoa, Italy.

There is a Workshop on Humanoid Soccer Robots, the relevant papers are available online and can be found here: http://www.dei.unipd.it/~emg/whs2006/schedule.html
They cover a wide range of topics (from motion generation to behavior control) and are certainly worth a read.

Of course, I invite you to pay special attention to the paper of "my" team:
http://www.dei.unipd.it/~emg/whs2006/papers/HSR-104.pdf

Statistics: Posted by SK — Tue Dec 05, 2006 2:26 pm
