If you can post any more of the new moves, it will be greatly appreciated. Has anyone had success with the entire template? I was able to download WinRAR to convert the rar file into robobasic, and then view it with the robobasic 2.5 application to see the special characters. That's as far as I got with my beginner pc skills. (only have Wordpad on the computer)

No more time for me to play with moves...

I have just finished my first stage gripper and am going to spend the rest of the day playing around. Will post piccys 2morrow.

It is just an HSR-8498 with a C bracket and a custom thumb bolted on servo 08

i spent all morning playing with some of the new moves.
its fun testing these codes to see what they do.
its really time consuming doing the translations.
i used word 2007 and translated with google like beermat.

i cant compile the whole thing, but i used the find and replace feature to replace any korean characters that remained.
@least i kan play with the moves, its fun

and mr.dirty thanks for showing us the new file

btw u guys check out the gyro code?
seems its been used to get the robot to get up from a backwards position

I can compile and run the whole file, yes. The main issue was the translation when you had a label in Korean and a 'GOSUB label' command - sometimes, the translator changed the context of this, and that's what took an hour, to ferret them out and do a global find/replace, as well as underscores.

Beermat, can you compile the whole file or are you getting any snaggs?

The RC section looks interesting and there are some wierd crouch walks and some secondary moves that are cool.

Google translate had the same issue, so I broke the file into 3 and translated each one, then cut it back together and dealt with the wierdness the translator threw in there!

I still had about 1/3 left untranslated after words translation. Bablefish did trans the whole file but destroyed the formatting.

As well as a couple of fun variations on the 'wing move' (swimming, Emergency), there seems to be a few different walking / fast-walking routines. Will check to see if they are different from the stock ones and if they are better/same/worse.

There is a cute couple of routines for walking forward and backward squatting down, as well as one where he stands on one leg making an X shape and waves, although mine falls over on that one and will need some adjustment.

Let me see if I can put a video of the presentation moves together, along with the other moves in template that are not called by the presentation routine.

Microsoft Word recognized it as Korean. Also, Google Translate did a fine job translatinf from Korean, and an hour cleaning up some of the translation errors with a few find/replaces did the trick! Playing around with it now......

Am about 70% through the translation and have severe overload. Gonna leave it a few days before continuing.

I will post up the translated version asaif (as soon as i finish).

PS. Did you look at the swarm (group) offset code and also the motor call routine.

i tried some of those japanese routines, and they seems like the original moves just renamed. I didnt yet try them all.
but i also found some cool stuff like the haod which seems to be a the same as wavedance.
Swimming is cool, i had to fix it abit so it doesnt fall over

Has anyone seen this file yet? PRESENTATION.BAS

I have downloaded it but it has alot of asian character substitutes. I am in the middle of translating this file (massive 161Kb) packed full of programming clues.
