DON'T DO ANYTHING BUT CHECK THEM FOR TIGHTNESS OFTEN ! the robot is made from aluminum and is too soft for locktite to work right, the amount of stress that are put on the screws and the vibration will work them loose in time, just go over the metal to metal joints and retighten the screws as needed. I'm at the games running RN-! a lot and have had to do this daily. Good luck

A dab of clear finger nail polish, applied to one edge of the screw is another solution. There are two consistencies - thin and thick. Be sure to try the thick as it won't run under the screw into the threads or elsewhere.

If it is only a couple of screws your'e having trouble with a small drop of nail varnish will do the trick

I found that a small drop of loctite on each screw will fix the problem entirely. Else you can get some lock washers, nuts and use loctite to ensure that you will have no problems - but that is a little extreme

Hi,

I have this problem where the screws holding the two C shaped brakets togehter for joining the upper leg servo to the hip servo keep coming lose.

Any suggestions how to stop this. I'm reluctant to tighten them to much in case I strip the threads on the brakets.
