Most ppl will tell you to search the forum, I would say a good one to start out with would be a gyro. The one I use is as most here use on the RN is a GWS PG-03 gryo. Gives your RN great balance the gryos are a dual axis so a pair would allow forward/back and left/right balance.

I am (hopefully) getting a robonova for christmas as an introduction into robotics and the hobby, and I am planning to add gyros and grippers. I have reasonable knowledge of programming, creating parts, and basic electronics.

Any suggestions on hacks for a 13 year old without much money?
