Huh.

That's strange that they wouldn't tell you about it.

Hopefully they release something soon.

But until then, ill probably use something to take it's place.
Statistics: Posted by kevdemed — Wed Nov 14, 2007 8:27 pm

That video was from the I-Hobby-Expo in Chicago. I saw the PS2 remote controller at the Hitec booth. I asked them questions about it and I got very few answers form them. They are still working on it and that was a prototype. They could not even tell me when it would come out!
Statistics: Posted by Gort — Wed Nov 14, 2007 4:35 pm

Sorry.

I had a hard time explaining what it was.

I do know that you haft to program your own movements.

I was only using that as an example.

As for the website information.

I thought it was for robots-dreams.

Ill watch it once more to check the other site.

And I was not trying to be rude when I said take a closer look.

I was just trying to point out that it is a different controller.

Anyway, thanks again for the info on that other message I posted up.

I think that might be the controller in the video, but I am not sure.

Kevdemed

Statistics: Posted by kevdemed — Wed Nov 14, 2007 10:39 am

Asking better questions often results in getting better answers.

#2- You're talking about the remote control, which only sends commands to the robot. It doesn't control how the robot actually walks. That's determined by the motions programmed into the robots onboard controller.

#3- There are at least two sets of contact information/websites prominently shown in the video. If you email either of them they would probably be happy to give you more information....

As you said so clearly - take a closer look....
Statistics: Posted by tempusmaster — Wed Nov 14, 2007 9:57 am
