Need help. Something wrong with my MR-C3024.

i already have Robonova for 1-year. Until last week, i can download program to the micro MR-C3024. Today, I can't download program. there is warning "problem on downloading" and i don't get warning communication error number -4 , but all the servo is on and stay at "standard pose".
I don't know what it means. Please help me solve this problem.
