I’m 45yrs old and my name is Dan and lived in Connecticut (Now I’m in South Carolina with Family)…… I bought a RN-1 about six months ago, thinking it would be a great way to focus my time since my youngest child of 3 is now 19 and pretty much occupied with his own life.
I love the robotics field and have done everything from adding a turning head, 3 color led eyes and 2 gyros and tilt sensor, and even Brauer grippers. But life threw me a curve ball a couple of months ago and I found out I have Terminal Cancer.
I might be out of place in asking for your help, but if you know anyone who may have a true interest in buying it from me and giving it a good home, please pass on my name, phone number and e-mail. I have photos, and a full list of the sweet things I have done to it and am having a friend help me put it up on e-bay. I’m not looking for a profit from it or all the extras…. Just someone who might continue to enjoy it. Besides, at this point, I’m finding every dollar counts.
