One possible solution is to use this remote control set that will send PWM signals that can be plugged into the RN1 pins and interpreted via a basic language script.
Check out the Robonova wiki where you can find some links to bluetooth and other remote control tricks.
Statistics: Posted by limor — Tue Jun 07, 2011 3:30 pm

Sounds like you need bluetooth - robosavvy were selling off their Robonova bluetooth modules for half price. Not sure if they have any left but it was great value.

I've also seen a bluetooth controller that you can get that looks like a play station style thing. I'm more interested in Robo moving himself around independent of me so haven't looked much into this area, sorry.
Statistics: Posted by ozfiddler — Mon Jun 06, 2011 11:25 pm

Hey everyone.
I was want to ask all of you guys/girls whats the best controller I can buy for my Robonova-1? Ask you can see I am not the best at this so I was wondering that cause all I have is the standered TV controller thing and it really is not that good . Cause I want to so be able to walk around and stuff with out pushing buttons but buy a a better controller with 2 pegs that can make you go everything.
Thanks for reading
CJ
Statistics: Posted by xSVxSHaDOwZ — Mon Jun 06, 2011 6:05 am
