I also haven't been able to find the Hitec one other than on the robonova european website. However I can tell you that the LCD port runs at 4800 baud, 8 databits ,no parity,1 stopbit. And at TTL (5volt logic) levels. I haven't found a replacement that I can use but do use an RS232 Level shifter to display printed debug info in a terminal session on my PC

Hope this helps a little

Pev

PS just checked and even the www.robonova.de on-line store is showing the LCD as out of stock
Statistics: Posted by Pev — Wed Nov 08, 2006 5:36 pm

Does anyone know of a supplier with stock of the Hitec lcd screen or a suitable plug-n-play alternative?
Statistics: Posted by plingboot — Wed Nov 08, 2006 12:26 pm
